
Personal Care
Personal care supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, or on holidays away from home. Personal care supports is to assist the individual with their daily personal activities such as:
- showering
- dressing
- grooming
- toileting
- mobility support as such as transferring from bed to wheelchair
- assistance with meals, eating and drinking
- attending appointments.
Community Participation
These supports are for individuals who would like to expand their social circles, interact with the community, join community groups to build friendships. Our team can support you to access or engage with the community such as:
- going to the cinema
- watching footy
- attending social events


High-Intensity Personal Activities
Personal Complex Care may be required across a variety of settings like participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people. We are committed to providing a high standard of care to deliver high risk supports to participants who require high intensity daily personal activities. This support includes people with:
- diabetes
- complex wounds and pressure injuries
- medication administered by subcutaneous injections
- complex bowel problems
- a tracheostomy
- a stoma
- a urinary catheter
- swallowing and eating difficulties (tube feeding)
